RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD PRINT. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order; however, due to the custom nature of our products, please review the following policy carefully.
1. CUSTOM PRINTED MATERIALS
Because our products are custom-made to your specific designs and requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for custom printed materials unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. NON-CUSTOM ITEMS
For any non-custom items purchased from our marketplace:
- Return Window: Items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
- Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return for a non-custom item or to report a defect, please email us at sales@ynprintshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, mail your return to: YNPRINT Attn: Returns (RMA #______) 17331 135th Ave NE #C Woodinville, WA 98072
4. REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or contains printing errors caused by our production process, please contact us immediately at sales@ynprintshop.com with photos of the issue so we can arrange a reprint or refund.
