TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and YNBrokers, LLC, doing business as YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD PRINT (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms govern your access to https://www.ynprintshop.com and any related services, including our printing marketplace and SMS notification services.  

2. SMS & MOBILE MESSAGING

By opting into our text messaging service, you agree to the following carrier-mandated terms:  

• Consent: By providing your phone number, you authorize us to send recurring automated text messages (including order updates and promotions). Consent is not a condition of purchase.  
• Costs: Message and data rates may apply.  
• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services.  
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation text.  
• Support: Reply HELP for assistance or email sales@ynprintshop.com.  
• Data Privacy: Your mobile opt-in data is strictly protected. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.  

3. MARKETPLACE & PRINTING SERVICES

• Accuracy: We strive for color accuracy, but because monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of a color will be an exact match of the printed product.  
• User Content: You are responsible for the legality and copyright of any designs you upload for printing. We reserve the right to refuse orders containing prohibited content (illegal drugs, graphic adult content, or infringing material).  
• Refunds: Due to the custom nature of printed goods, returns are governed by our Return Policy.  

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, its source code, and its original content are our proprietary property. You are granted a limited license to use the site for personal or business purchasing but may not “scrape” or systematically retrieve data from our marketplace without written permission.  

5. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & PARTNERS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. While we partner with certain vendors for fulfillment:  

• We do not control the privacy practices of third-party sites.  
• Crucial Disclosure: Our partnership with third parties excludes the sharing of your SMS opt-in data. We only share the minimum data necessary to fulfill your print orders (such as shipping addresses).  

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YNBrokers, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the purchase of printed materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.  

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, WA, rather than in court, except for small claims matters.
